Discovery. Core Compliance reviews the organization’s challenges, driving forces, and goals to understand the high-level context of the project, therefore enabling the development of an effective approach to achieving project objectives. Additionally, we educate key stakeholders in requirements and expected level of effort.

Gap analysis. Core Compliance analyzes the current state of the management system against relevant requirements, consequently establishing the project management plan and road map for key milestones and tasks.

Road Map. The gap analysis report informs the development of the road map, detailing milestones, tasks, and deliverables to achieve project objectives. Key components of the road map include the implementation and training plans.

Development. Core Compliance manages the project plan with your organization’s key stakeholders to perform road map activities, achieve milestones, and complete deliverables. Thereafter, these activities produce your management system to be implemented.

Implementation and training. A key component to the road map is executing the implementation and training plans. This describes the process of making internal and external stakeholders aware of, competent in, and capable of achieving management system objectives, policies, and processes.

Internal audit. Core Compliance performs an audit of your management system to firstly, ensure all requirements are met, secondly, ensure the management system is capable of achieving objectives, and finally, ensure that implementation and training has been effective.

Certification. A certification body, also referred to as a “registrar”, subsequently performs an audit to assess compliance with the standard and the organization’s management system. After successful stage one and two audits, the organization is granted accredited AS9100 Certification from the registrar. The registrar will perform surveillance activities thereafter for 3 years until re-certification is required.
